About Me

I am not just any goose; I am my Mum's emotional support animal.

Without me, she feels lost, and without her, my survival would have been uncertain.

My journey began on my farm, where I was born with a defective leg. This condition led my real mother and siblings to leave me behind in the nest. Fortunately, fate had other plans, and I was rescued by the wonderful human who is now my Mum.

We are inseparable; I accompany her everywhere, and she does the same for me. I’ve also gained three hairy dog siblings, with whom I have a somewhat harmonious relationship.

One of my favourite activities is joining my Mum on outings to local clubs, where I watch poker games and enjoy running around outside. I’ve even had the honour of starring in wedding photos with brides at the Shoreline Tavern in the charming town of Harrington on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

While I’ve shared a bit about myself, I’m excited to meet you all down at the farm. If you’re feeling extra generous, my Mum and I would greatly appreciate any spare change to help me get some seed or treats. I have a particular fondness for mealworms—yum!

Looking forward to your visit,

Love, Francis the Goose xx
